A Perfect Ladies Night 2

Well it has officially been one week since Ladies Night 2! And if you were there, you experienced the excitement of being with 250 women ready to let their lights shine bright! We had the awesome opportunity to listen to a great story from our good friend, Rhonda West, who through the power of prayer and faith was able to stand strong against a gunman ready to take her life. She stood on God's word and survived a toe-to-toe confrontation with an enemy ready to end her existence here on earth.

We also talked about the pressures of things in our lives. . .family, appearance, addiction, peers, sex, dating, cancer, and even the pressure we feel in serving God. I shared the definition of pressure as an act of pressing on the mind or heart, and pressure can be burdensome and "heavy". When we have pressure in our lives it's as if we can actually "feel" a weight pressing down on top of us. . .Oh my, have you been there? Yes, I think we all have. . .uggh!

And I have to tell you, our amazing team had everything fine-tuned so that Ladies Night 2 was the absolute PERFECT 'girls' night out' filled with pre-party jewelry, purses, refreshments, music, group photos and as if that wasn't enough. . .CHOCOLATE!!!
